How to use

  2. Place it in your mouth as shown on the box, between your lips and teeth.
  3. Wear it for a short time first to get used to it.

Will it stop my snoring?
It can help reduce snoring for some people, especially when snoring comes from breathing through the mouth or the jaw dropping back during sleep. Snoring has many causes, so results vary from person to person.
Does it treat sleep apnea?
No. This is not a medical device and does not treat sleep apnea. If you snore loudly and often feel tired during the day, stop breathing in your sleep, or wake up gasping, please see a doctor.
Will it feel comfortable?
It is made of soft silicone, but any mouthpiece takes a few nights to get used to. Start by wearing it for a short time before sleep. If it causes pain in your teeth or jaw, stop using it.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it with lukewarm water every morning and clean it gently with a soft toothbrush. Let it air dry and keep it in the storage case. Don't use boiling water unless the instructions on the box say so.
